Crane ISD registration requirements must be followed as required by the Department of Texas of Health and Human Services, all immunizations must be completed by the first day of attendance for all students.
CISD must ensure that all new to the district (all grade levels), Pre-K, and 7th grade students must have all the required immunizations prior to Monday, August 7th.
Parents must provide a copy of their student's immunization records to the campus nurse to verify.
